Once you are booked on we will send you a pre-arrival questionnaire to complete. This will help us to find out about you, your ability levels, dietary requirements and what you want to get out of the weekend. We will also send you a packing list and other useful information. Should you have any specific questions at any point please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Included in the price of our 3-night South Devon Escape's.
The cost includes transfers from Totnes train station, all meals, snacks, accommodation, guided runs, 3 yoga sessions, swim safety team and 3 interactive expert sessions.
All rooms are en-suite or have access to their own private bathroom.
